you may remember my rant post about getting the results of Mr. R's second SA from our new RE. We finally had to give them a form to release our medical records (so lame!) and just got them in the mail.
So far, things look better in SA#2! Concentration and motility are still lower than normal, BUT they are better than before! It looks like we may now have enough total motile to qualify for IUI! Last time we were at the RE, she said that they look for a minimum total motility of 8 million to do IUI. With SA #1 we were under that at about 6 million and she said that its not worth it to try IUI and better to go right to IVF. We have an appointment with the fertility urologist and our RE next week, so I'm hoping that my assumption is right.
My results seem good too, except for my Antimullerian Hormone results, which are apparently in the high end of normal. I'm not sure what that means, but according to a couple dr. google searches it may mean i have pcos. hmm...
