ready to trigger!!

i had my day 8 ultrasound and bloodwork today and my ovaries are BIG! i just sat back and listened to the tech call out the sizes, many that she measured were about 15, but some were even 17 or 18. the tech said that i was most likely going to be triggered that night. so, i waited and waited, until finally at 2 pm i got a phone call saying that i was ready to trigger! Mr. R is going to give me the shot in my upper butt at exactly 8:45 pm and then we go in for retrieval exactly 36 hours later, sunday morning. i'm so excited to be done with shots and my aching ovaries.

all day yesterday my jeans felt way too tight around my stomach and finally around lunchtime i had the bright idea to do the rubber band trick that i've heard of from my pregnant friends. it was like magic and i felt so much better!
